Question – What are your plans for the future?

Question – Sorry, I meant what are the plans for Bulgaria Property Agent Ltd for the future.
Bulgaria Property Agent – Woops. Well, in our last team meeting we did discuss our future plans.
Firstly, we intended to focus on the South Western part of Bulgaria. Particularly Sandanski spa resort, Bansko and Borovets ski and golf resorts, and the vineyards of Melnik. So from Sophia to the Greek border including the Pirin mountains and all the cities, towns and villages on the way. However, several developers throughout Bulgaria have become familiar with our team, and have made their developments available through Bulgaria Property Agent. Again in Bansko, Borovets ski resort and recently Pamporovo. Also the beach resorts of Golden Sands, Varna, Sunny Beach and Borgas.
Secondly, we will only deal with reputable companies with a proven track record. All properties are thoroughly checked out by our own legal team to ensure clear title before we will offer these properties to our clients.
Thirdly, we discussed inspection visits, We want the property a client chooses to be the result of really having fallen in love with the particular region that they wanted to buy in. So we are looking towards having representatives familiar with specific regions. Many companies claim to be property experts specialising in the whole of Bulgaria, but it simply can’t be true. For example we will admit that other companies specialise in selling property in the Veliko Turnover region which we only have limited experience with. So until we have a knowledgeable representative in that region we will not offer property there.
Fourthly, if a businessman tells you he is in it to benefit mankind, to help other people, to save the planet. DON’T TRUST HIM!!! He’s in it for the money the same as everyone else!
Question – So why are you in it?
Bulgaria Property Agent– Good question, simple, to get rich etc as I said. I won’t lie. If you buy a property through Bulgaria Property Agent, we make money. But in order to make lots and lots of money we need lots of satisfied customers recommending us based on their own success stories, service and after sales service. We need and make happy customers.
Question – Well good luck with it, but I think Harrison Ford is spoken for.
